At Knights we understand the need for accuracy and speed in the fast paced world of construction. Floors are completed every day for an ever increasing client base whose demand for quality and precision is always satisfied. Differing reinforcement specification, client requirements and surface regularity all help determine how the floor is constructed. Knights have the experience to adapt its skilled techniques to supply all floor types. We utilize the latest edition of the Somero Laser Screed machine enabling us to cast in large areas to TR34 free movement and defined movement categories.


Services we offer to the industrial sectors
  2. Traditional steel fabric reinforced jointed floors cast using the latest in LaserScreed technology.
  4. Jointless steel fibre floors also cast with one of our LaserScreed machines and designed if required.
  6. Our floors can be placed with a range of finishes to suit the building or the end users needs.
  8. We can design both mesh and fibre reinforced concrete floor slabs and both types come fully insured.
  10. Place the final regulating layer (FRL) up to 2,500sqm per day at a max depth of 50mm.
